Whilst Air Options are predominantly an HVAC contractor we are on occasions appointed to offer consultancy and advice on a stand alone basis without the ‘hardware package’ attached. Our services extend to the following:
Dilapidation Advice when undertaking or terminating lease agreements. This is a very popular service and will give the client an honest and practical overview of the general condition and liability of the HVAC plant. This is often used when negotiating leases or business purchases.
Overseeing Existing Design. A service proving to be popular with clients is that of us overseeing existing contractors design / services where the paying party is uncomfortable that they are receiving value for money or indeed the system they have requested. We fully appreciate the daunting task of understanding the proposed system shortfalls and benefits and this is where our services can come into play, in cutting through the technical jargon and ensuring ‘you the client’ gets a system which proves to be an asset as opposed to a liability. This also extends to offering advice on costs / contractual issues whether it be a new build or existing building.
Paying Too Much? In a recent exercise, Air Options was able to clearly demonstrate savings approaching six figures whilst delivering a system of considerable advantages/ improvements over the original proposal. This saving also took into account changes to system design consequently ‘future proofing’ the client against up and coming legislation and business model changes. The fees our firm negotiated to carry out this service were a mere fraction of the saving put forward. The services we offer are costed competitively albeit reflect excellent value for money when compared to the liability in receiving a sub standard or poorly engineered HVAC solution.
