Air Options have a mature attitude towards business continuity in the unfortunate event of a disaster, whether natural or the result of a criminal act. We have the facility in place to replicate our business imperative systems within a short period ensuring the customer's service agreement remains unaffected.
Our backup extends to off-site IT/data replication and backup complemented by full generator and UPS support at our business headquarters in Witham, Essex. In addition to this, our business continuity planning extends to simple solutions such as keeping a spare 'service' and 'installation' vehicle at hand in the unfortunate event of mechanical breakdown or theft.
We pride ourselves that we are in a position to offer this level of resilience which in turn gives our customers peace of mind that we are a business 'here to stay' and pro-active in our approach to service level agreements and self preservation. This is a service offered free of charge to all of our contract customers.
