Flexible Cover, Affordable Pricing

Full Time Facilities Cover

We can provide you with a permanent on-site operative who will resolve any and all issues you may have. The experience and skills of this individual will be tailored to suit both your budget and requirement.

Part Time Facilities Cover

Part-Time cover may be more appropriate for your business model or for smaller premises which still require daily cover. This staff member appointed will be of the same standard as a full time operative.

Ad-Hoc Facilities Cover

Ad-Hoc cover, in the form of remote and reactive support, can be offered via means of our Service Department. Quite simply, as and when a problem occurs, we will despatch a member of our team to repair/rectify the problem.

On many occasions, Air Options see building managers needlessly allocated to sites where part-time or ad-hoc cover is easily appropriate. Often, such managers simply end up managing third-party contractors rather than manage the building itself! With our different types of cover outlined below, we allocate ‘hands on’ engineering staff (fabric engineers) trained to complete both basic and more advanced tasks themselves. This ‘hands on’ approach is complemented by remote management and periodic inspections/visits from our head office and available as a Full-time, Part-time or Ad-hoc service.

Strong Service, Flexible Cover

Engineers and technical staff are on hand to answer all of the technical queries/questions you may have. In addition to this, we will implement a maintenance regime for all building services and will attend site as and when required and during the hours which least affect your business. A full time account manager will also be allocated.
